📉 COD returns analyzer: where and why your parcels are refused
Paste the export from your delivery company or your store: the tool works out your delivery rate by city, product, day and amount, puts a figure on the money lost to returns and tells you which cities to exclude from your ads.
🔒 Everything happens in your browser: your parcel list is not sent anywhere and is not saved. Only your cost settings are kept on this device.

How to get your parcel list
- Delivery company · In your customer area, the list of parcels (or shipments) can usually be exported to Excel or CSV. Choose a period of at least one month, with at least the city and the final parcel status and, if possible, the product, amount and phone.
- Online store · If you update order statuses in your store (delivered, returned), export your orders as CSV from WooCommerce (with an export extension), Shopify or YouCan.
- Excel or Google Sheets · If you track your parcels in a spreadsheet, select the rows with the header, copy, then paste here. Columns are recognised automatically, and you can fix the mapping.
Statuses recognised automatically, in French, English and Arabic: "delivered", "livré", "تم التسليم" count as delivered; "returned", "refused", "retourné", "مرتجع" as refused; "cancelled" and "in transit" are set aside and do not count in the rate.
Reducing refusals, in practice
- Confirm every order on WhatsApp or by phone before shipping: an unconfirmed order is far more likely to be refused.
- Exclude the cities where you deliver badly from your ads, or ask for a deposit there: every refusal costs you the delivery, the return and the ad you already paid for.
- Ship fast: the longer the customer waits, the more likely they change their mind. Compare your rates by order day in the "Day" tab.
- Describe the product honestly (size, material, real photos): a product that does not look like the ad gets refused at the door.
- Check the number and the address with a precise landmark: a courier who cannot find the customer comes back with the parcel.

Limits
The delivery rate is calculated on parcels that reached a final status (delivered or refused): orders cancelled before shipping and parcels still on the way are set aside. With few parcels a rate is not reliable: that is why cities and products under the chosen minimum are greyed out and give no advice. Losses are an estimate based on the costs you enter; the cost of the product itself is not counted, since it comes back to stock.
Frequently asked questions
Is my parcel list sent over the Internet?
No. Reading the table and every calculation happen in your browser. Nothing is sent or saved: if you close the page, the list is gone. Only your delivery, return and ad costs are remembered on this device.
How is the delivery rate calculated?
Delivered parcels divided by delivered plus refused or returned parcels. Orders cancelled before shipping and parcels still in transit are not counted, so they do not distort the result.
How does the tool choose the cities to exclude?
A city is flagged if it has at least the minimum number of parcels you chose and a delivery rate at least 15 points below your average. It is not an absolute rule: you can also ask for a deposit or a phone confirmation there rather than exclude it.
My statuses are not recognised: what should I do?
First check that the right column is set as "Status" in the column mapping. Unknown statuses are counted as "in transit" and the tool lists them: rename them in your spreadsheet (for example "Delivered" or "Returned") before pasting again.
Why add the ad cost?
Because a refused order has already paid for its ad. With this cost, the tool shows the real cost of a delivered order, so you can compare your cities and products on what they really bring in.
