• Always state the exact total to pay in cash, delivery included: that is what prevents refusals at the door.
• Ask for the WhatsApp location when the address is vague: the courier saves time and you avoid a return.
• No more than two reminders: after that, cancel politely. Insisting drives customers away and hurts your reputation.
• Write in the customer's language: Darija is often more reassuring than a formal message.
