AI & automation

Less busywork, more time for your customers

I bring AI into your website and WordPress, connect your tools to each other and build the small internal tools you're missing. Practical, measurable solutions, with a human still in charge of what matters.

  • Your data stays under your control
  • Human review where it matters
  • Code and accounts in your name

Who it's for

Sound familiar?

You copy the same data everywhere

A form comes in, you paste it into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, then send an email. Every single day.

The same questions keep coming back

Opening hours, shipping, prices, availability: your team keeps answering what's already on your website.

Orders and leads slip through the cracks

One missed notification, one forgotten follow-up, and a customer ready to buy goes to a competitor.

You're curious about AI but unsure where to start

You want real value, not a gimmick, without putting your customers' data at risk.

What I do

Useful AI and processes that run themselves

As a WordPress and PHP developer, I build the integration end to end: no fragile patchwork of ten subscriptions, but a documented solution that fits the way you work.

Assistants built on your content

An assistant or chatbot that answers from your pages, FAQ and documents, and hands over to a person when it doesn't know.

AI-assisted content

Product listings, descriptions, draft articles or replies generated inside WordPress, then reviewed and approved by you before going live.

Classification and extraction

Sorting incoming requests, tagging messages, pulling key data out of invoices, purchase orders or PDFs.

Business automation

Forms to CRM, emails and WhatsApp notifications, spreadsheet sync, order processing, reports delivered automatically.

API integrations

Reliably connecting your website, WooCommerce store and tools (payments, shipping, CRM, messaging) through their APIs.

Custom internal tools

Calculators, dashboards, generators: small web tools designed for your team, like the free tools I built for this site.

Process

Five steps, no hype

  1. Mapping

Together we pinpoint the tasks that cost you the most time or errors, and the ones genuinely worth automating.

  2. Costed proposal

The solution, the tools, the data involved, the setup cost and an estimate of ongoing API usage fees.

  3. Prototype

A first version tested on your real cases, so you can judge the quality of the answers or processing before going further.

  4. Go live

Clean integration, error handling, logging and human approval steps wherever they're needed.

  5. Onboarding and follow-up

Documentation, team training and fine-tuning once the solution meets day-to-day reality.

Why me

AI that works for your business

The goal isn't to sprinkle AI everywhere. It's to save you time and serve your customers better, with costs you can predict.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI model do you use?

It depends on your needs: commercial or open-source models, chosen for quality, cost, language and privacy. I explain the choice and its trade-offs before we start.

What happens to my customers' data?

I keep the data sent to the strict minimum, prefer options that don't use your data to train models and, where needed, use a model hosted on your own server. You know exactly what goes where.

Are AI API costs included?

No. API usage is billed directly by the provider, on your own account, based on volume. I include an estimate in the quote and design the solution to keep those costs under control.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes, which is why I build in safeguards: answers limited to your content, handover to a person when in doubt, and manual approval for anything published or binding on your business.

Do I need AI to automate?

No. Many gains come from classic automation with no AI at all: forms linked to the CRM, notifications, reports. I only suggest AI when it adds real value.

How long does a project take?

Typically one to two weeks for a simple automation, and a few weeks for an assistant or document processing, depending on how many tools need connecting and how much testing is required.
