What if an update breaks my site?
Every update is preceded by a backup. If something goes wrong, I restore the previous version, then fix the conflict before running the update again.
My site has been hacked. Can you clean it up?
Yes. I remove the malicious code, find and close the original vulnerability, change compromised credentials and help you if Google is showing a warning on your site.
Can you guarantee my site will never go down?
No, and no provider honestly can. What I can do: monitoring alerts me quickly, backups let us recover from a clean state, and emergencies are handled as a priority.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. I can maintain your site with your current host. Managed hosting is an option if you want a faster server and a single point of contact.
Can you move my site to a new server?
Yes: files, database, email and domain name, with a staging copy checked before the switch to keep downtime to a minimum.
Is there a minimum commitment?
One-off fixes have none. For maintenance and hosting, we agree on a term and clear cancellation terms together in the quote.
