🏷️ Batch shipping labels: print all of today's parcels
Paste your order list from Excel, Google Sheets or your store export: the tool builds a sheet of labels ready to print, with the amount to collect in large type, a WhatsApp QR code per customer and a summary by city.
🔒 Everything happens in your browser: your orders are not sent anywhere and are not saved. Only your sender settings are kept on this device.

When printing, choose "Actual size" or "100%" (not "Fit to page") and turn off the browser's headers and footers.
How to get your order list
- WooCommerce · The built-in export (Analytics, then the "Download" link of the orders table) has neither phone numbers nor addresses. For labels, use an order export extension: the tool recognises the usual columns such as "Billing First Name", "Billing Phone", "Billing Address 1", "Billing City" or "Order Total".
- Shopify · From the Orders page, "Export" button, in CSV format. Shopify writes one line per item: the tool automatically groups the lines of the same order.
- YouCan · Orders, then All orders, "Export" button: choose the fields (customer, phone, address, city, total, products) and the CSV format.
- Excel or Google Sheets · Select your rows (with the header row if you have one), copy, then paste here: columns are recognised automatically, and you can fix the mapping if needed.
Labelling a cash-on-delivery parcel well
- Show the amount to collect in very large, unambiguous type: it is the first thing the courier reads, and it prevents cash mistakes.
- Check the phone number before printing: a wrong number is a parcel that comes back. The QR code lets the courier or your team open the customer's WhatsApp chat in one second.
- Write the city in capitals and a precise landmark (district, building, next to…): many addresses in Morocco have no street number.
- Stick the label flat on the largest side of the parcel, away from folds, and cover it with clear tape if the box may get wet.
- Confirm every order on WhatsApp before shipping: it is the best way to reduce refusals.

Limits
Amounts are shown in dirhams. The barcode encodes the order number (Code 128) for your own scanners: it is not a carrier tracking code. If your delivery company requires its own label, print theirs and use this one as an extra label. A4 formats assume a printer set without scaling.
Frequently asked questions
Are my orders sent over the Internet?
No. Reading the table, creating the QR codes and laying out the labels all happen in your browser. Nothing is sent or saved: if you close the page, the list is gone. Only the sender's name and phone are remembered on this device for next time.
Which format should I choose for a thermal printer?
100 × 150 mm (4 × 6 inches) is the most common size for thermal shipping labels. Choose "Thermal 100 × 150 mm", then select the same paper size in your printer settings. For a regular printer, A4 sheets with 4 or 6 labels are the most practical.
My columns are not recognised: what should I do?
Open "Check the column mapping" and say, for each column of your table, what it contains. If your table has no header row, the tool assumes this order: order number, name, phone, city, address, amount, product, items, note.
How does the tool know an order is already paid?
If it finds a payment column containing for example "paid", "transfer", "card" or "payé", the label says "Already paid, nothing to collect". An amount of 0 gives the same result. Tick "Ignore the payment column" if all your orders are collected on delivery.
Does the QR code work with every number?
Moroccan numbers are converted to the international format (06… becomes 2126…), as WhatsApp requires. Foreign numbers are kept as they are if they already include their country code. If a number is incomplete, the label is printed without a QR code and the tool tells you.
