Who it's for

Sound familiar?

An app idea, but no team

You know what the app should do, but not where to start or what it will really cost.

You need to test the market fast

Before investing heavily, you want a solid MVP in the hands of real users.

Your team is losing time

Spreadsheets, paper forms, scattered messages: a simple business app would bring order to the field.

Stuck at publishing

Your app is ready, but Google Play won't grant production access until the closed test is complete.

What I do

Your app's entire lifecycle, covered

I'm a web and mobile developer and also a marketer: I build apps to be used, not just to work.

Project scoping

Goals, users, must-have and nice-to-have features: a clear scope before a single line of code.

Screen design

User flows and easy-to-grasp mockups, approved by you before development starts.

Android development

A fast, stable app, connected when needed to your website, your WooCommerce store or an API.

MVPs to validate ideas

The core of your concept, shipped quickly, so you get real feedback before going further.

Google Play publishing

Store listing, screenshots, privacy policy, closed test with testers and the production access request.

Maintenance and updates

Bug fixes, compatibility with new Android versions and Google Play policies, new features.

Process

Five steps, no surprises

  1. Scoping and quote

We define the need, priorities and scope together. You get a free, detailed quote.

  2. Mockups

The main screens are designed and approved with you: you see the app before it exists.

  3. Iterative development

Regular test builds to install on your phone, so we can adjust course at the right time.

  4. Closed test and launch

Google Play listing, closed test with real testers, then release to production.

  5. Follow-up

Post-launch fixes, updates and improvements based on your users' feedback.

Why me

An app built to be used

A successful app isn't the one with the most features. It's the one your users still open next month.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an Android app cost?

It depends on the features: a simple MVP costs far less than an app with user accounts, payments and an admin panel. The ranges above give you a ballpark; a precise quote is free.

How long does development take?

An MVP typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, a more complete app typically 2 to 4 months. Add the time needed for the closed test and Google Play review.

What is Google Play's closed testing requirement?

For new personal developer accounts (created after November 2023), Google requires a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 consecutive days before granting production access. Organization accounts are not subject to this rule.

I don't have 12 testers. What can I do?

I run a testers club where developers test each other's apps. I can also help you rally friends, family and your first customers.

Who owns the app?

You do. The app is published on your own Google Play developer account, and the source code is handed over at the end of the project.

Do you also build iPhone apps?

My offer focuses on Android and Google Play. If your project also needs an iPhone version, we'll discuss the best approach during scoping.
