How do I calculate severance pay in Morocco?

- Enter the average gross monthly salary of the last 52 weeks, bonuses included.
- Choose your category, the reason for termination and whether the notice was worked.
- Read the severance pay band by band, the notice, any damages and the estimated total.
Good to know
Is there a minimum length of service?
Yes: six months of work in the same company, on a permanent contract (article 52).
How many hours of salary per year?
96 hours for the first five years, 144 from the 6th to the 10th, 192 from the 11th to the 15th and 240 beyond (article 53).
What about an unfair dismissal?
The court may award damages of one and a half months of salary per year, up to 36 months (article 41).
