Terms of sale for digital products

These terms apply to every purchase of a digital product on oufrid.com (templates, kits, guides, downloadable files). Web development, SEO and marketing engagements remain governed by the terms of service. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

1. Who sells what

The products are created and offered by Imad Oufrid (OUFRID brand), based in Morocco, reachable at contact@oufrid.com. See the legal notice.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy collects your payment, calculates and remits the applicable taxes, and sends you the receipt. Its own terms also apply to the payment.

2. The products

Each product is described on its page and on the checkout page: content, file format (PDF, ZIP, editable document…) and, where relevant, the software needed to open it. These are digital contents; nothing is shipped.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD). If an amount is shown in another currency, it is an indicative conversion: you are charged in USD.
• Taxes that apply in your country (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
• Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign payment fees, which OUFRID does not control.
• Payment is made online with the methods offered by Lemon Squeezy (card, PayPal depending on the country). No card data goes through oufrid.com.

4. Delivery and access

Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed: you are taken to a download page and you receive an email with your personal download link. The link belongs to your order and allows up to 20 downloads. If you receive nothing within an hour (check your spam folder), write to us and we will send you a link.

5. Usage licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product, for yourself or your company, including professionally and for your clients' projects (for example, using a template to deliver work to them).

You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the files as they are or barely modified (free or paid), offer them for download, or include them in a competing product. Copyright remains with Imad Oufrid. A wider licence (team, resale) can be requested by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has started, to the extent the law of your country allows. This does not reduce the refund guarantee below.

7. 14-day refund

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to contact@oufrid.com with your order number, if:

• the file is faulty, unreadable or incomplete, and we could not provide you with a working version;
• the product does not match its description;
• you bought the same product twice, or bought it by mistake without downloading it.

The refund is made by Lemon Squeezy to the payment method used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The download link is then disabled. Abusive requests (downloading, then asking repeatedly) may be refused.

8. Updates

If a new version of a product is published, your personal link gives access to the latest version at no extra cost.

9. Liability

The products are working tools and informational content, prepared with care. They do not replace personalised legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for how you use them and for the results.

10. Personal data

For a purchase, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, country and payment details. OUFRID receives your name, email, the product bought and the amount, only to deliver the product, answer your questions and keep the accounts. Details in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. If there is a problem, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution.

12. Changes

These terms may change. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force on the date of the order.
