What debt ratio do banks accept?

The most quoted benchmark is 40 percent of the household net income, all repayments included, but each bank runs its own assessment.

Who can get the direct housing aid?

Moroccans, living in Morocco or abroad, who do not own a home in Morocco and are buying a main residence of up to 700,000 DH incl. VAT. The official office confirms eligibility.

Murabaha or conventional loan?

With a margin rate equal to the interest rate, the cost is the same: compare the total cost of each offer.
