💡 One need, one tool

How many days of paid leave do I have left in Morocco?

Enter your start date, the days already taken and your salary: the OUFRID calculator applies the Labour Code (1.5 days per month, seniority increase, 30-day cap) and gives your leave balance, the pay for untaken leave, your return date and the length of the notice period.

Step by step

  1. Open the calculator and choose "Paid annual leave".
  2. Enter your start date in the company, the calculation date, your gross monthly salary and the days already taken in the period.
  3. Add the days carried over from previous years and the absences not treated as work: sickness, maternity or a work accident count as actual work.
  4. Read your leave balance; optionally, enter the first day of leave to get your return date, or switch to "Notice and trial period".

Good to know

How many days of paid leave per year in Morocco?

18 working days for a full year (1.5 days per month), 24 days for an employee under 18. Add 1.5 days for each full five-year period of service, up to 30 days (articles 231 and 232).

Do Sundays and public holidays count in the leave?

No. Leave is counted in actual working days: the weekly rest day and paid public holidays are not deducted, and a public holiday during the leave extends it by one day (articles 235 and 236).

Is untaken leave paid if I leave the company?

Yes, whatever the reason for the termination, even a resignation or serious misconduct (article 254). The tool divides the monthly salary by 26 days: a common practice, not a legal rule.
