What are my tax filing deadlines in Morocco?
Tick your situation (employee, auto-entrepreneur, CPU, company, employer, VAT, vehicle): the OUFRID calendar works out your deadlines for the next 12 months, moves them when they fall on a weekend or public holiday, cites the CGI article and adds them to your calendar app.

Step by step
- Open the tax deadline calendar and tick everything that applies to you: employee, auto-entrepreneur, CPU, company subject to IS, employer, VAT, vehicle tax.
- Set your options: quarterly or monthly filing, financial year-end date, VAT regime or last year's turnover.
- Check the public holidays: fixed-date ones are already ticked, add the religious holidays as soon as they are announced.
- Read your deadlines for the next 12 months, then tap "Add to my calendar" to get a reminder 3 days before each one.
Good to know
I am an employee: must I file a tax return every year?
No, if you have a single employer in Morocco that withholds the tax at source (article 86). The return, due before 1 March, concerns for example people with several employers or rental income.
What happens if the deadline falls on a weekend?
It moves to the next working day (article 245 of the CGI). For example, the deadline "before 1 March 2026" was set to Monday 2 March 2026.
Does the calendar replace my accountant?
No: it is information, not tax advice. An exceptional extension or a special regime remain possible: check tax.gov.ma, SIMPL or your accountant before each deadline.
