🧾 Quotes and invoices (Morocco, France, international)

Create quotes, invoices, deposit invoices, credit notes and delivery notes for free, for Morocco, France or international clients, in French, English or Arabic, with VAT, amount in words and PDF. Everything stays on your device.

Document

Morocco: VAT at 20, 14, 10, 7 or 0%, ICE, IF, RC, patente and CNSS numbers, total written out in words.

France: VAT at 20, 10, 5.5, 2.1 or 0%, SIRET, micro-entrepreneur option (art. 293 B of the CGI) and late-payment notices for business clients.

International: no tax by default, or the tax of your choice (free name and rate), and your own notices.

These presets cover the usual notices of each country. They are not legal or tax advice: you remain responsible for the compliance of your documents. If in doubt, ask your accountant.

The next number is suggested automatically per type and per year (D-2026-001, F-2026-001…); you can change it. The counter moves on when you save the document.

        Frequently asked questions

Are my quotes and invoices sent anywhere?

No. Everything is calculated and saved in your browser, on this device: profile, clients, numbers and history. No data leaves your device. Export a JSON backup to keep it safe or to continue on another device.

What must an invoice show in Morocco?

The usual notices: seller's name and address, ICE, tax identifier, RC and patente, invoice number and date, name and ICE of a business client, description, quantities and unit prices, total excluding tax, VAT rate and amount, total including tax and, by custom, the total written out in words. Have your templates checked by your accountant.

And in France, for a micro-entrepreneur?

Under the VAT franchise, tick the dedicated option: the notice "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" is shown and VAT is set to zero. The SIRET is mandatory, as are late-payment penalties and the €40 fixed fee for a business client. E-invoicing is gradually becoming mandatory between businesses in France (issuing from September 2026 for large and mid-sized companies, September 2027 for SMEs and micro-businesses): a PDF will then no longer be enough for those invoices.

        How is rounding done?

Each line is rounded to the cent (quantity × price, then discount). VAT is calculated on the total excluding tax of each rate, then rounded to the cent. Every total is a sum of amounts already rounded, so the document always adds up. The Tunisian and Kuwaiti dinars are rounded to the thousandth, the CFA franc to the unit.

How should I number my invoices?

Numbering must be continuous and chronological, with no gaps. The tool suggests the next number per type and per year (D-2026-001 for quotes, F-2026-001 for invoices), and the counter only moves on when you save the document. To correct an invoice already issued, issue a credit note rather than editing it.

How do I get a PDF?

Tap "Save as PDF / print", choose "Save as PDF" as the printer, A4 size, and untick the browser's headers and footers. Only the document is printed, with proper margins.
