How do I find out in which cities my COD parcels are refused the most?

Step by step
- Export at least one month of parcels from your delivery company's customer area, or from your store.
- Open the returns analyzer and paste the list: city, status, product and amount are recognised automatically.
- Enter your delivery fee, return fee and ad cost per order.
- Read the advice and the table by city: copy the list of cities to exclude from your ads.

How is the delivery rate calculated?
Delivered parcels divided by delivered plus refused parcels. Cancelled orders and parcels still on the way are not counted.
Is my list sent anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser, and the list is gone when you close the page.
How many parcels do I need for a reliable result?
The more the better: the tool only judges a city or product from the minimum you choose (5 parcels by default).
