🛍️ Black Friday, sales, Facebook ads: check before you pay
Is this website reliable? Check an online shop before buying

Technical details
This verdict is a help, not a guarantee: a site can look serious and be a scam, or be honest with little information. There is no official Moroccan database of fraudulent sites: when in doubt, don't pay in advance.
Before buying: 6 reflexes
- Prefer cash on delivery and, if possible, open the parcel in front of the courier.
- Never pay by bank transfer, money transfer, gift card or top-up to a seller you don't know.
- Type the official site's address yourself instead of clicking an ad or a link you received.
- Check the seller: company name, ICE, address, a phone number that answers, recent reviews outside their own site.
- Compare the price: 80% off an iPhone or a TV is almost always a trap.
- Take screenshots of the page, the order and the conversations: they will help if something goes wrong.
Think you've been scammed?
- Call your bank right away to block the card and dispute the payment: the faster you act, the better your chances.
- Keep every proof: screenshots, receipt, order number, the seller's phone number.
- Report the fraud to the police on the DGSN's E-Blagh platform, or file a complaint at a police station.
- Report the site to our scam observatory to warn other shoppers.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the tool check?
The age of the domain name (official .ma registry, or the RDAP service of other extensions), the HTTPS certificate, a resemblance to a brand known in Morocco (Jumia, Marjane, banks, Barid Al-Maghrib…), the content of the home page (legal notice, terms of sale, returns, phone, email, address, ICE, payment methods, discounts, urgency messages) and two public lists of phishing sites.
Does "reassuring signs" mean the site is safe?
No. No tool can guarantee that a seller is honest. The verdict sums up clues: it helps you spot the most common traps, but the safest way is still to pay on delivery and check the seller.
Why does a big site show "protected page"?
Many big retailers block automated reading to protect themselves from bots. In that case the tool does not read their page, but still checks the domain, its age, its certificate and the lists of reported sites.
Is a recent site necessarily a scam?
No, every shop was new once. But many fake shops are created a few weeks before Black Friday or the sales, then vanish. A very recent site deserves more checks.
How many days do I have to return an item bought online?
In Morocco, consumer protection law 31-08 gives 7 days to withdraw after a distance purchase, with exceptions (personalised or perishable goods…). A serious shop explains how to return an item.
Do you sell online?
A fast shop with a legal notice, cash on delivery and pages that inspire trust: I build it for you.
