🔒 Reading and translation happen in your browser: the document never leaves your device
🌐 Document photo → text → translation
Official letter, contract, medicine leaflet, menu: take a photo, the text is read and then translated between French, English and Arabic. After the first use, everything works without internet.

Good to know
- Reading works best on a sharp, well-lit photo taken straight on. Handwriting is poorly recognised.
- The translation models (about 110 MB per direction, for example French → English) are downloaded once, then kept by the browser.
- There is no small direct model between French and Arabic: the translation goes through English (two steps, slightly less faithful). Very short titles are sometimes poorly translated into Arabic: double-check them.
- This is a machine translation to help you understand a document. Official procedures need a sworn translation.
