🔒 How we protect your files
Your files never leave your device: OUFRID tools compute everything in the browser. Check it yourself with this page's live network monitor, or in airplane mode.
⚙️ The work happens on your device
Compression, AI, PDF, video: the code runs in your browser (JavaScript and WebAssembly). There is no OUFRID server receiving your files: the site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages.
⬇️ What goes over the network
Only downloads towards you: the pages, the libraries and, for some AI tools, the model (once, then kept by the browser). Nothing is sent the other way.
🍪 No account, no cookie, no statistics
No sign-up, no ads, no audience measurement. Your settings (language, theme, drafts) stay in your browser's storage.
✈️ The simplest proof
Open a tool, then switch to airplane mode: it keeps working. A tool that sends your files to a server could not.
📡 Live proof
Choose a file: the page reads it and computes its fingerprint, as the tools do. Meanwhile, the monitor below lists every network request made by this site since the page was opened, with the number of bytes sent.

How it works: the site's service worker sees every request of OUFRID's pages and background tasks, and reports them to this page. Browsers also have their own monitor (developer tools, "Network" tab) to check without trusting us.
