How do I get the direct link for customers to leave a Google review of my business?

Step by step
- On a computer, open your Google profile, click "Read reviews" then "Get more reviews", and copy the link. Without access to the profile, use Google's Place ID Finder.
- Paste the link into the Google reviews kit, with your business name, and test it.
- Print the poster for the counter or the cards to slip into your parcels.
- Send the WhatsApp message to your recent customers, and reply to every review with the templates provided.

Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?
No. Google's rules forbid any reward in exchange for a review, and those reviews may be removed.
Does the QR code expire?
No: it contains your link directly, without any redirection service.
Can I ask only happy customers?
No. Google forbids soliciting only positive reviews: ask all your customers.
